Lalit has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. As a consultant, Lalit has advised clients primarily in the financial services sector, across banks, insurance companies and payment services providers. His primary area of expertise is use of Big Data and Analytics for driving business impact in key areas such as operations, marketing, risk, and compliance. He has worked with clients in North America, UK, Singapore and India.

Roger Potter
Co Founder, Chief Analytics Officer, CEO
Roger began his career as a Data Scientist, building Predictive and Descriptive Models to improve business results for a variety of use cases. He then spent much of his time building Data Science Departments for several companies, including various Insurance Companies, Financial Services, Publishing, and Litigation Management. As part of this organization development, Roger began creating blended organizations incorporating onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-performing, efficient, and cost-effective groups.
Sandra Gomberg

Sandra Gomberg, RN, MSN, is the President of SLG – REG, LLC, a health care consulting firm focusing on disruptive innovation in health care delivery, business models and improving quality care. Ms. Gomberg serves as an Advisor and Independent Board Member for Stel Life, Inc. a remote monitoring technology company and Advisor for Cognitio Analytics, an international analytics enterprise with deep experience using process mining and advanced analytics models across multi-source complex data sets.
Previously, Ms. Gomberg served as President of Aria Jefferson Health System, a 485 bed, three hospital health system, and community physician enterprise in Northeast Philadelphia, from June 2016-May 2017 and Aria’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2013. Before joining Aria in June 2013, Ms. Gomberg was a member of the Temple University Health System leadership team for more than 13 years and served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Temple University Hospital Inc., the flagship academic hospital, community physician enterprise, psychiatric hospital, and air ambulance transport company.
